Arkady Novikov's IMA restaurant in Zaryadye has launched its own delivery service. The menu features more than 80 items from chef Takumi Wada-san: fresh fish and seafood, nigiri, grilled robata, tempura, hot dishes, desserts, as well as drinks from chef Daniel Manusiants.
IMA cuisine is based on fresh fish and seafood, which are brought to the restaurant every day. Chef Takumi Wada-san, a native of Tokyo, who has devoted more than 30 years to Japanese cuisine, is responsible for the gastronomic direction. His approach is based on three principles: high-quality product, proper temperature and extremely pure taste. Now dishes from the IMA menu can be ordered at home or in the office, while maintaining the same approach to the product and preparation.
The assortment allows you to assemble a full-fledged order or select several small dishes to explore the menu. Four items have been developed for delivery to IMA: Philadelphia roll (2,100 rubles), futomaki with shrimp (1,400 rubles), tuna tartare (4,900 rubles) and eel (3,200 rubles), created specifically for this format.
You can continue with Japanese classics: among the nigiri are Japanese perch (2,100 rubles), scallop (850 rubles), crab (1,100 rubles) or kanpachi (1,400 rubles); maki are represented by variants with Japanese pumpkin (1,000 rubles), salmon (1,100 rubles), avocado (900 rubles), and temaki — with sweet shrimp (1400 rubles) and yellowtail (1600 rubles) and other fish and seafood options. Among the hunkans are negi toro with minced tuna (1300 rubles), with red caviar (1200 rubles) or black caviar (3700 rubles). To continue, there is miso soup with crab (1200 rubles), tempura shrimp in a thin crispy batter (1600 rubles), udon with seafood — Japanese wheat noodles with aromatic sauce (1900 rubles) or gyudon with wagyu (7,500 rubles). A separate section is devoted to dishes from robata, a traditional Japanese charcoal grill. In delivery, you can order kushiaki — small skewers on skewers: with chicken (750 rubles), salmon (750 rubles) or sea bass (1600 rubles). Caramel cream with vanilla is available for dessert (450 rub.), mochi made from classic rice dough stuffed with fresh strawberries (950 rubles) or mango (490 rubles), and drinks include homemade lemonades from chef Daniel Manusiants: pineapple with coconut and vanilla (600 rubles), grapes with yuzu (690 rubles) or raspberries with grapefruit and lemongrass (600 rubles).
IMA delivery is an opportunity not to choose between a restaurant dinner and a home format. It is enough to open the menu, select dishes and order them at home or at the office — for a meeting with friends, a family dinner or an evening together.
The cost and delivery time are calculated depending on the address when placing the order. The current range and delivery terms are available on the restaurant's website.
